Member Spotlight: Denver Burns

Denver was born in Hazard, Kentucky and lived in that area until the death of his father in 1985 at which time his mom moved him and his sister to Anderson, IN. It was there that Denver met his wife Marcia. Together they have two boys, Benjamin Denver (3 yr old) and Caleb Robert (1 1/2 yr old) and another boy due in the summer of ’08.

At the age of sixteen Denver gave his life to Jesus Christ during an invitation time at his home church in Anderson. Later that year, God began to impress upon him the call to full-time Christian ministry. He later understood that call to be a very real and urgent call into the ministry as a preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

He has been preaching for more than 10 years full time and part time and is now serving in his second church as senior pastor.
His modeling interests are in pattern and 3D. He’s been flying for a little under 2 years.
